Workflows are automated tasks which can be triggered by certain events in Vega. They can be used to send email documents and alerts as well as automate tasks.
Adding a workflow to send an email after a set number of days
Workflows triggered by attributes mean that once a specific attribute is added to a contact, an associated workflow will be triggered.
Navigate to the admin panel and click on 'Attributes'.
Select an 'Attribute Type' from the list and select the 'Attribute' you wish to add the workflow to. Next click 'Add Attribute Rule'.
Select the workflow document you would like to send using the automated workflow from the drop-down list. Next, select the workflow rule 'Send Days After' and then add the number of days to the rule value field and click 'Add'.
