Attributes are used to tag a Contact with specific properties or values which can be used to group contacts together for the purpose of contacting or reporting.
Attributes are in a tiered structure of 'Attribute Group' > 'Attribute Type' > 'Attribute', these are all required fields. We recommend planning an attribute structure that reflects your current or planned organisational practices/processes for any specific needs.
On a contact, the attributes will be separated by their group on individual tabs and then show the type and attribute:
