Print or Email Duplicate Receipt
Receipts sometimes get lost and to re-send one is easy and can be done by downloading a PDF or by emailing directly to the contact email address.
- Click on the ‘Contacts’ section and search for the supporter record
- Once you are in the supporter record, click ‘Payments & Recurring’
- Here you will see a list of the various payments the supporter has made and select the relevant donation which is to be receipted
- In the ‘Receipt Details’ section in the field under ‘Send By’, select ‘PDF’ which will enable you to download the receipt
- In the bottom right-hand corner select ‘Download Receipt’
- You can now save this duplicate receipt and send to the supporter as an email attachment via Outlook or pop it into the mail
- Click save before you exit supporter record
To send the receipt via email:
- In the ‘Receipt Details’ section in the field under ‘Send By’, select ‘Email’
- In the bottom right-hand corner select ‘Send Receipt’
- The system will automatically save the changes
- For your records details of the sent email will be recorded in the Mailing & Email Receipts under the contact dashboard.
