Onboarding Process

After making the decision to register for a vega account your organisation will be onboarded by our team. The onboarding process will guide you through each setup stage and detail what is required through a series of emails. It is important to invest time and patience into this process to ensure the best setup possible, whether you are a small community group, a mid-sized fundraising group, or a large organisation with an established fundraising programme - vega will reveal all its power and functionality to you and serve your organisation for years to come.

Welcome

• Confirm the functionality and requirements of your organisation
• Activate your vega account
• An outline of your vega journey is provided
• Introduction training is provided to give you an overview of the platform

Data

• Data is extracted from your previous system and supplied to vega
• The onboarding team will review your data and discuss any questions/comments
• Data requirements are finalised and imported by vega
• Data is reviewed by your organisation and signed off
• Training is provided on Contacts & Attributes and Queries & Reporting

Admin & Integrations

• Organisation profile is completed
• Your payment gateway is authorised and integrated with vega
• Xero or MYOB are authorised and integrated with vega
• Training is provided on Admin & Finance

Configurations

• Training is provided on Documents & Campaigns
• The default documents created for you are edited with your organisation messaging and format
• Training is provided on Widgets
• Your widget requirements are supplied to vega
• The onboarding team will configure widgets with styling to match your website
• The widgets are embedded in your website
• You are ready to start receiving donations and registrations

Review & Support

• Additional training will be provided if selected in your onboarding requirements
• You will receive a short survey to complete to provide feedback on your onboarding journey
• You will be introduced to vega support and how you will continue to receive guidance from our team going forward
