As an Admin role often you may need the option of managing active and inactive users. This is now possible in Vega under the 'Admin' - 'User Maintenance' page.
To manage active and inactive users follow the steps below:
- Navigate to 'Admin' - 'User Maintenance'.
Once here, you should see a list of all your active users in Vega.
- To show all inactive users click the box next to the option 'Show inactive'.
- Find the user you would like to activate and click on their name.
- Once here untick the box 'Set Inactive' to reactivate the user.
Note: Set inactive users is not available for Admin user roles if you need us to help you with making Admin users inactive please contact our support team on firstname.lastname@example.org
