We're excited to announce the new Support Solution Centre! Designed to provide you with a complete self-service support portal. You can create and manage all your support requests in Vega, use the search page to find a helpful knowledge-base article or to search for matching issues in your organisation's support requests history.
Previously viewing your requests or searching for Knowledgebase involved navigating to a different page and a username and password different from your Vega credentials were required so that we have designed this portal to make it easier for you to find answers to your questions and get the information you need quickly.
Furthermore, the new Solution Centre Training section will allow you to book training modules suitable to you or your team based on qualification and user roles.
Who has access to the Solution Centre?
All Vega customers have access to the Solution Centre for searching for the solution database.
