To create or edit an attribute or an attribute type you will need to have a user account with administrative access. Navigate to the admin panel and click on the 'Attributes' option. You will be taken to the attribute management page.
- To edit the name of the attribute type you will need to correct the name in the 'Type Name' field and then click the 'Save' button.
- To edit the attribute you will need to ensure you are on the attributes management page. Once you have selected the attribute type on the left inside to edit the attribute click on the attribute name showing on the top right side of the page. Add or edit the name of the attribute in the 'Attribute Name' text box. You can add a description of the attribute as well as what it is to be used for in the 'Attribute Notes' text box.
- Once you are finished click the 'Save' button to save the changes.
Note: This only applies to your own attributes. System attributes cannot be renamed or removed from the Admin page.
