To assign a Supporter-Led Fundraising payment from the payment form:
- Click Add Payment
- Click on the Supporter-Led Fundraising payment type
- Assign a team by entering the team name (or part of) and clicking search (optional)
- Assign a fundraiser by entering the fundraiser name (or part of) and clicking search (optional)
- Enter the payment details as usual.
Viewing a Payment
Once the payment is entered you can view it from the Contact who donated the money, the Fundraiser and Team will show in the payments grid.
Or you can view the payment from the Fundraiser or Teams record, the payment from and Team will display also.
On the Fundraiser or Teams record the total fundraised payments will show in the insights section.
The Team and Fundraiser will show in the All Successful Payments report to identify Supporter-Led Fundraising payments
