The integration of Apty brings you a self-help tool within vega itself.
We will detail the workflows and checklists available here and continue to add further tools to give you guided support around the vega platform.
All tools can be accessed from the Need Help? widget located at the bottom left of your screen.
This widget can also be moved if it blocks a part of vega you're using. Click and drag the widget across your screen, it can be moved to the left or ride side also.
Use the search bar to easily find a related workflow or article for the area you need help with.
Workflows
Workflows can be identified in the help widget by the screen icon, each named after their primary focus. Workflows can be started from anywhere within vega, just click on it from within the help widget to see the first step. Steps without a next button require you to click on an element on the screen, this will be highlighted for you.

Checklists
Checklists can be found by clicking the Checklists tab on the Need Help? widget.
Each checklist will show how many steps are involved to complete this by the circled number on the left.
There will only be one option available now, New Admin User or New User. These are for system admin users with full access to vega and general staff or read only users with limited access excluding the admin tab.
Clicking on the checklist will display the steps involved to complete this. They have been added in the order they should be completed, working your way down the list to finish each workflow. You will see in the image below that the completed workflows will be crossed out and marked with a green tick.
Once all steps in the workflow have been done, this show as a completed checklist:
It is recommended that all new users use this checklist as their first introduction to vega.
