From Admin > Financial Settings > Payment Form Settings you have two options to show key attributes and alerts on the payment form.
- Show Key Attributes
This will display any attributes ticked as Show on Dashboard on the left-hand side of the payment form. Read more on attributes and marking them as a key attribute in the article here.
- Show Alert
This will display any information recorded in the Contact Alert on the left-hand side of the payment form.
This functionality is especially helpful when adding payments in batch-entry so you do not need to check on the contact also. Receipting preferences recorded here can tell the user if a receipt should be issued or if they prefer PDF or Email.
If the contact has no alert or key attributes then nothing will show, even when the setting has been turned on.
