Import GL Codes from MYOB

This feature imports all active Income Account GL codes from your MYOB account into Vega.

Before you begin: You must first connect your Vega account to MYOB. If you haven't done this yet, complete the MYOB integration setup before continuing - Connect To MYOB

Importing GL Codes

1. Go to Admin > Financial Settings.
2. Click the Add/Edit GL Codes icon.

1. From the Import from API dropdown, select MYOB.
2. Click Import.

Vega will import all active Income Account GL codes from MYOB.

If a GST rate is assigned to a GL code in MYOB, the same GST rate will also be imported into Vega.

Importing New GL Codes

You can import GL codes from MYOB as often as required.

During each import, Vega will:

• Match any GL codes that have already been imported.
• Add any new active Income Account GL codes that do not already exist in Vega.
• Leave existing imported GL codes unchanged.

This makes it easy to keep your GL code list in Vega up to date as new codes are created in MYOB.
