PDF Log

Pending Update

From Admin > PDF Log, you can view all PDF downloads that have been generated by your organisation in one place. This includes PDFs generated directly from a payment, a batch, an annual receipt or a PDF campaign.

PDFs Ready

This tab will show all PDFs that have been generated in the selected date range, are available to download, and have not been downloaded from the log or marked as processed from within the log. You can see the type of PDF that has been generated and by what user. The button on the end of each row allows you to download the PDF from this log, and it will then be moved over to the processed tab. You can also select rows using the checkbox and right-click to set them as processed if they do not need to be downloaded.

PDFs Pending

This tab will show all PDFs that have been set to generate in the selected date range but have not completed processing, so are not currently available to download.

PDFs Processed

This tab will show all PDFs that have been generated in the selected date range and have been downloaded or marked as processed from the PDFs Ready tab.
