The Advanced Attribute Form provides access to additional settings and configuration options for an Attribute.
To open the form, click the More (three dots) menu on the right-hand side of the Attribute and select Advanced Attribute Form.
The Advanced Attribute Form includes all of the standard Attribute settings, along with several advanced options.
Advanced Attribute Fields
| Field | Description |

| Attribute Type | Change the Attribute Type that this Attribute belongs to. |
| Short Code | Edit the Attribute's short code. |
| Attribute Name | Edit the name of the Attribute. |
| Attribute Notes | Add internal notes to provide additional information about the Attribute. |
| Show on Contact Dashboard | Displays the Attribute as a Key Attribute on the contact dashboard. |
| Is Active | Makes the Attribute available for use. |
| Is Visible | Displays the Attribute on contact records. |
| Is Unique | Restricts a contact to one open instance of this Attribute at a time. |
| Is Foundation | Automatically assigns this Attribute to every new contact created. |
| Show Assigned User | Displays the Assigned User field when the Attribute is assigned to a contact. |
| Sub Type | Assigns specialised behaviour to the Attribute for certain Vega features. Most Attributes should remain set to None. |
Attribute Sub Types
Most Attributes should use the None Sub Type. The remaining options are only required for specific Vega functionality.
| Sub Type | Purpose |
| None | The default option for standard Attributes. |
| Call Management | Used with Telefundraising Attributes to permanently remove a contact from the current calling list. |
| Call Back | Used with Telefundraising Attributes to remove a contact from the current calling list until the callback date. |
| Active | Used with Mail Status Reasons and Entity Status Attributes when the status is marked as Active. |
| Inactive | Used with Mail Status Reasons and Entity Status Attributes when the status is marked as Inactive. |
| Multiple | Used with Contact Category Attributes to display the Group contact form. |
| Single | Used with Contact Category Attributes to display the Individual contact form. |
Advanced Actions
The Advanced Attribute Form also provides access to additional configuration options:

| Add Insight Mapping | Maps the Attribute to an Insight Category for use with Vega journey's, enabling the Attribute to contribute to supporter journey and insight reporting. |
| Add Attribute Rule | Creates an automated workflow that is triggered by this Attribute. |
| Add Attribute Trigger | Configures additional actions that occur when this Attribute is assigned or updated. |
| Add Linked Attribute | Automatically assigns another Attribute when this Attribute is applied. |
| Add Linked User | Associates a user with this Attribute for workflow and contact management purposes. |
