Telefundraising management is available in vega and this is made up of various functions as described below and detailed further in other articles. These different features enable you to create and manage telefundraising users, record call results, process payments, update information and report on the success of your campaigns. These features will benefit your organisation, whether you have internal staff calling contacts for a specific campaign or you use an agency to recruit more regular donors to your organisation these features can be applied to a variety of telefundraising needs. The telefundraising features also fit the specific requirements of the Unity4 telefundraising agency.
Telefundraising Attributes- Attributes are the core of telefundraising management in vega and there are specific attribute subtypes available to manage call lists and record the outcome of calls.
Telefundraising Lists- There is a specific list type for telefundraising and this combined with assigning a user will allocate the contacts on the list to the assigned user's call list.
Each of these lists includes the option to include a Linked Form. The linked form can be selected from any document with the linked form document tag. This can be used for telefundraising by creating a document with various personalised GUID widget links. The document URL will be specific to each contact in the list so will load the contact details in each personalised widget link
Telefundraising Users- There is a specific user role for telefundraising staff and this will limit their view to their assigned contacts only as default but can be customised to allow them access to all contacts in your organisation if preferred. They will only have access to the Contacts tab and will see their current call list on the right-hand side to work through.
Widgets- Widgets can be used in partnership with telefundraising for the callers to process payments or update contact information. Linking the widgets on a document and assigning this as the linked form to the telefundrasing list can streamline this process and make it easier for your callers.
Telefundraising Reports- There are various preset queries available to report on calls, as well as insights reports to assist with regular giving clawback for agencies and a 3-year regular giving retention view.
