My assigned lists
Showing all people called and waiting and the result of the calls. Is available under contacts and a new page “My Assigned Lists”
Attribute Sub-Types control the impact of attributes. Call Management is the Attribute Type and Call Back is one Sub-Type that generates Call Back behaviour. Other sub-types remove the call from the active list.
The different subtypes are:
Call Back will remove the contact from the current calling list until the start date of the of the selected attribute.
Other Call Management attributes will remove the contact from the current calling list completely.
Calls preset queries
Telefundraising - All Calls
This is all people assigned to a Telefundraiser list and Telefundraiser user filter by user (optional), attribute (optional) and date from and to.
Telefundraising – Calls Completed
All calls completed filtered by user (optional), attribute (optional) and date from and to.
Telefundraising – Calls Waiting
All calls waiting or set to Call Back filtered by user (optional), attribute (optional) and date from and to.
Query tool and assigning a list
You select the number of calls you wish to assign to a caller, by putting a number in the select top option of the query tool.
And assign a list to a user options when adding to a list from the contact dashboard, search results or query population.
Then exclude the list for further Telefundraisers:
Reports and Analysis
The following reports will be made available by the end of March.
- Caller Activity by Caller Yesterday. This details all call activity from dials to contacts to signups.
- Caller Activity by Caller This Week.
- Caller Activity by Caller This Month
- Call Statistics (Dial/Contacts/Yes/Average Call duration) by Date Range
- “Yes” Analysis Signups/Pledges/Recurring
- Call Comments/Feedback
