You can create and edit your widgets from Admin > New Widget Configuration:
Within the widget configuration page, we will see the types of widgets available. We can create new ones (click the 'Create Unsubscribe Widget' button) or edit any existing ones (find the widget you want to edit in the Widget Name list and click the 'edit' button next to it):
Select Acknowledgements from the configuration options on the left-hand side.
This section is where you can set what email should be sent in response to the unsubscribe and to notify staff.

| This is where you can select the document to be displayed on screen to the contact after they submit the unsubscribe. Only certain merge tags will be available to use in this document. |
