Your organisation profile in vega holds the key information on your organisation and many of these fields can be used as merge tags so that your documents don't need to all be updated when there is a change to contact information.
To set up your Organisation Profile in Vega
- Go to the ‘Admin’ (If you cannot see this on your top menu bar, you may not have authorisation to access it, and will need to seek permission from your System Administrator)
- Click ‘Organisation Profile’ on the left-hand side menu

Upload Logo
To upload your company logo, simply drag and drop your image onto the icon, or double click the link and select your file. This can then be used in documents with a merge tag.
Upload Signature
To upload your signature, simply drag and drop your image onto the icon, or double click the link and select your file. This can then be used in documents with a merge tag.
Organisation Signature Text
Enter your signature text in this box, e.g. Name and job title of signature image previously uploaded. This can then be used in documents with a merge tag.
Beta Features
- To activate Beta features, slide the button to the right-hand side
- You will see a dialogue box asking if you would like to enable these features in Vega, click ‘OK’
- You will see a green message box confirming ‘Beta features enabled’. Please ask Vega users to logout and log back in to see these new features
