Organisations can now customise which documents or campaigns they want to show in given dropdowns using document tags and campaign tags. These settings will apply to all users in your organisation.

These settings can be found under Admin > Dropdown Customisation:
For instance, if you only want to show Tax Receipt documents in the Receipt Type dropdown on the payment form, you can select this from the Search Tags dropdown, add Tax Receipt and click Save.
With this new setting saved, the payment form will now only show documents with a Tax Receipt Tag in the receipt type dropdown. You can add as many tags as you would like for each dropdown, they will then show in the Selected Tags column. Click Save Changes in the top right corner to save your new settings.
To remove a tag, just click the X on the tag in the Selected Tags column and Save changes.
By default, the selected tags will be All for all dropdowns, this will display all documents in every dropdown until an additional setting is applied. Also, if no tags are selected then it will automatically save as the All tag. All will also include any document without a tag.
The following dropdowns can be filtered by tags
1. Default Campaigns - Money Form: This dropdown is used in the batch defaults on the Money tab to select the default campaign to be used when adding payments to your batch.
2. Campaigns - Payment Form: This dropdown is used on the payment form on a contact, to select the campaign to be used when adding a payment.
3. Receipt Type - Payment Form and Batch Defaults: This dropdown is used to select a receipt document for payments on a contact form. This setting will be applied to the Add Payment form on a Contact's page and in Money under batches when adding a new item.
4. Add Note & Add Email - Contact: This dropdown is used in Add Note and Add email on a contact and is used to select the document to send in an email or to save in note.
5. Document Template - Engage: This dropdown is used in campaign actions under the Engage tab. It is used to select the document to be used in an Email or Print PDF action.
6. Widget Header - Widget Config: This dropdown is under Form Setup in the widget config. It is used to show the document as a banner at the top of the widget. This setting will be applied to all widgets.
7. Supporter Greeting - Widget Config: This dropdown is under Form Setup in the widget config. It's used to show the supporter greeting when a personalised widget link is used. This setting will be applied to all widgets.
8. Terms and Conditions - Widget Config: This dropdown is under Form Setup in the widget config. It is used to link the Terms and Conditions document. This setting will be applied to all widgets.
9. Thank You Document - Widget Config: This dropdown is at the bottom of Acknowledgements settings and it's used to show the document as thank you page on the widget.
10. Acknowledgement Email - Widget Config: This dropdown is under the Acknowledgements settings in the widget config. It is used for setting up the standard acknowledgement email in a widget. This setting will be applied to all widgets.
11. PDF Attachment - Widget Config: This dropdown is under the Acknowledgements settings in the widget config. It is used for setting up the PDF attachment to be sent with the acknowledgement email in a widget. This setting will be applied to all widgets.
12. Recurring Acknowledgement Email - Widget Config: This dropdown is under the Acknowledgements setting in the widget config. It is used when frequencies are tagged with 'Use Frequency Email' and will be sent as the acknowledgement email for these donations. This setting will only apply to the donation widget.
Please Note
Any existing documents being used in the widget config dropdown options will not be removed if a new setting is applied.
For example, if your acknowledgement document does not have a tag and you save a new custom setting to filter this list by acknowledgement tag only, your document will still be saved to this widget. If you then want to change the acknowledgement document being used and click the dropdown in the widget config, it will only give you the option to choose a document with the necessary tag.
