Email metrics for campaign actions

Vega generate email metrics depending on the campaign actions. 

Send Email

The email metrics for 'send email' action can be viewed when you open the sent email action. The metrics page has 3 tabs - Engagement Dashboard, Population Activity, Link Activity

Engagement Dashboard gives an overview of emails delivered, unique open rate, click-through Rate and Unsubscribe Rate.

Population Activity gives the list of all recipients. You can filter out based on population, delivered, opens, clicks, processed, unsubscribes, bounces, dropped, spam report.

Link Activity lists the clicked URL, CTR (Click Through Rate) Clicks/opens, and option to Add results to a list.

Excel List/Print Label/Print PDF/External List/Ticketed Event

All the campaign actions have an email metrics page. This metrics shows the info of the receipts emailed. For instance, if a payment is added against the campaign action with a receipt sent via email, then the email metrics will show whether the receipt has been delivered, opened, bounced, dropped or so.
