Campaign Action Tags

This attribute type is used to tag the campaigns. These tags can be used to group/categorise the campaigns and then you can use the tags to customise the dropdown options. You can add more attributes under this type to add more tags to the campaigns. Vega has two default campaign action tags.

Recurring Tag

This is the most important campaign tag. You cannot use this tag to only identify the recurring campaigns. When a recurring tag is used on a campaign, system checks for all the campaigns with this tag and updates with the most recent one when a recurring payment is processed. If more than one campaign has a recurring tag, vega will always pick the one with the latest start date. If you would like to identify the recurring campaigns, it is recommended to create another attribute with a different tag name, for example 'regular giving'.

Financial Tag

Financial tag acts like a normal tag that can be used to filter out or group the campaigns. Vega has added this as a default campaign as this is the most common category of campaign.
