Telecoms Update Template

The Telecom update template is used to update existing telecom values on a contact.

There are two Vega Preset Queries which can be used to easily export active contacts with any phone or email type to update their values in Excel and then import the changes with the template:

All Active Contacts with Phone Number

All Active Contacts with Email

Both of these queries will export each field needed in the import template.

This import template can be used to easily update mobile numbers to include a country code for the new SMS integration.

Please note- to include a + in the telecom value in your template, format the cells to text.
