If this is your first time using Vega, take a moment to familiarise yourself with the dashboard. The layout becomes easier to navigate as you use it, so allow yourself time to explore and become comfortable with the interface.
Navigating the Menu
Across the top of the Vega dashboard, you'll find the main navigation menu, with features organised into categories to help you quickly access the tools you need.
The available categories include:
- Contacts – Manage supporter records, communications, and relationships.
- Engage – Access campaigns, events, and engagement tools.
- Money – Manage payments, batches, and financial reporting.
- Insights – View reports and analytics to monitor your organisation's performance.
- Admin – Configure organisation settings, user permissions, integrations, and system preferences.
- Solutions – Access additional Vega modules and Vega Support.
- Quick Links – Shortcuts to frequently used pages for faster navigation.
Detailed knowledge base articles are available for the features within each of these categories. As you become more familiar with Vega, you can refer to the relevant articles throughout the Knowledge Base for step-by-step guidance, configuration instructions, and best practices.

FIN AI Support Assistant
In the bottom-right corner of Vega, you'll find the FIN AI chat assistant.
FIN AI is included at no additional cost with your Vega subscription and is available to help you get the most out of the platform. You can ask FIN AI questions about Vega features, request guidance on completing tasks, or be directed to the relevant Knowledge Base articles for step-by-step instructions.
If FIN AI is unable to resolve your query, it can assist you in contacting the Vega Support team.
Note: Requests that are escalated to a member of the Vega Support team and require a support ticket will incur a fee of $50 + GST. We recommend checking the Knowledge Base or asking FIN AI first, as many common questions can be resolved immediately at no additional cost.
