New to Vega?
If you don't have a user account yet, ask one of your organisation's Vega System Administrators to create one for you.
After entering your email address and clicking the arrow a password box will be displayed for you to enter your password and click Log in to Vega.
Login Security
To help protect your organisation's data, the Vega login process includes several security measures:
- Your password field is only displayed after a valid email address has been entered.
- The login page is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated login attempts.
- If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled for your account, you will be prompted to enter the verification code from your authenticator app after entering your password.
- If you have not yet set up Multi-Factor Authentication, please refer to the Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) article for step-by-step instructions.
- After three unsuccessful login attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for 30 minutes.
If your account is locked, simply wait until the lockout period has expired before trying again.
Forgotten Your Password?
If you've forgotten your password or are unable to log in, you can reset your password using the Forgot Password option on the login page.
For step-by-step instructions, refer to the Resetting Your Password article.
After Logging In
Once you've successfully logged in, you'll be taken to your Vega Dashboard, where you can begin working with your organisation's data.
