Email Server Event Descriptions

•  Bounce vs Dropped

There a few reasons for bounced emails, most common ones are an invalid email address, the recipient previously marked you as a Spam or the email has already unsubscribed. When an email bounced, the Vega email server tries to deliver it three more times until gives up and mark it as Dropped.
