Adding Email Activity to a list from Engage

When sending large campaigns often you want to have the opportunity to export reports on email statuses like bounce, dropped etc. 

 

In Vega, we don't only allow you to report on these statuses but also allow you to add the result to an existing or a new list as follows:

1. Click on the Campaign Action to access the Email Details
2. Click on Population Activity
3. From the Email Filters list select Bounce or any of the statuses from the right inside Menu
4. The Activity Feed should only show emails from the option selected
5. Scroll down and click on the blue Add Results to the list button

This function also gives you the option to Select an existing list or enter a new name to create one. 

If you have issues generating the list of bounce email and a yellow autofill email shows in the search bar please try using a different browser like Safari or Firefox, this is a new setting Google Chrome recently released and the only way to disable it is by signing in in Chrome using your Gmail account credential.
