Changing the frequency of a recurring donation

At the top left-hand of the screen, you can see a ‘Frequency’ tab which shows all your active recurring payments by frequency, payment type, the amount due and next payment due date. To change the frequency click on the arrow from the frequency option to activate the dropdown list and choose accordingly.

• Double-check the ‘Due Date’ and ‘Next Take Date’ are accurately aligned with the donor’s preferred payment cycle
• The recurring payment is now changed and will appear as an active recurring payment in the Money section
