The Membership widget is a powerful tool for managing membership subscriptions and renewals.
You can create and edit widgets under Admin > Widget Configuration:
Within the widget configuration page, we will see the types of widgets available. We can create new ones (click the 'Create Membership Widget' button) or edit any existing ones (find the widget you want to edit in the Widget Name list and click the 'Edit' button next to it):

The Form Options allow you to add or remove certain fields, depending on the information you would like to capture.
Every membership widget must have the First Name and Last Name fields, the rest is up to you.
Contact information fields:
|This will display a drop-down with all title attributes
|This will display a text box and will be added to the contact as Home Phone
|This will display a text box and will be added to the contact as Mobile Phone
|This will display a text box and will be added to the contact as Email. If sending an acknowledgement this will be required
|This will display a calendar select and will be added to the Birth Date field on the contact
|This will display a text box and the option to donate on behalf of. This will be added to the Organisation field and if ticked the Organisation will be used as the contact Account Name
For Address fields, there are two options available:
This will display all address fields with the option to search for an address using Google or NZ Post, depending on your settings
This should not be used as well as the drop-down options below
This will display a drop-down of all attributes under a type called Suburbs
|This will display a drop-down of all attributes under a type called Cities
|This will display a drop-down of all attributes under a type called Regions
This will display a drop-down of all Countries
|This will display a Comments box and the content added here will show as the Particulars on the membership payment and be added as a note on the contact
This will display a text box at the top of the form where the contact can enter their VegaID number and this will ensure a match to the correct contact
This will display the GoDaddy verified site seal to the left of the submit button:
Set Mandatory Fields:
There is the option to make the Address (Adress 1 and Postcode), Email or Mobile mandatory fields.
This will be indicated by a red asterisk after the field label.
