Adding the signature to the organisation so that when a template is created and the merge tag #OrgSignatureImage# is added on the document editor the signature will automatically be included into the template for either email or PDF.
If you would like to create a new document template and add a signature different from the one your organisation uses you can insert the merge tag #UserSignatureText# to a document. This tag add the signature from an existing user to the document and add the merge field as indicated on the GIF below:
