Contact Tabs are the sub tabs in the contact view page. Each tab provides detailed information related to the contact.
This tab includes the primary details about the contact, more detail on the contact dashboard is here.
Contacts can be linked to each other by adding relationships. The 'Relationships' tab lists all the contacts that are linked to this contact. Learn more about relationships.
All the attributes added to a contact will be listed under the 'Attributes' tab. Each attribute will be listed under sub-tabs based on the Attribute Group.
Payment & Recurring
This tab lists out all the single payments, recurring payments, product payments, and pledges made by the contact.
Products refer to the purchases made by the contact. Products in vega are purchases made for ticketed events, RSVP events, or raffles. The payment linked to one of these purchases will be listed under this tab. Any winning raffle purchases will also be recorded on this tab.
Notes & Note Emails
All the notes and emails related to the contacts are listed under this tab. All notes added using 'Add note' or 'Add email' button will be recorded here.
Mailings, Email Receipts & Email Metrics
All the emails sent, and payment receipts linked to the contact goes under this tab. This means the emails sent to the contact are recorded under 'Notes & Note Emails' and 'Mailings & Email Receipts'.
Email Metrics records when an email is sent as an email campaign action or payment receipt. It shows whether the email has been processed and delivered.
Campaigns, Web Logs & Lists
Campaigns sent to contact records all the campaigns to which the contact has been added. It records, the campaign name, when it was received, Amount the contact has contributed to the campaign, Method of campaign, List in which the contact was included, Status whether the contact was sent or has responded to the campaign, and whether the campaign is Active or not.
This tab also provides the Web Log related to the contact. If the contact has submitted a vega widget, the details will be recorded here.
Lists records all the list to which the contact is added.
This is basically the record of saved credit cards added against the contact.
Audit Log records of all changes made to the contact details. It gives the date on which the change was made, the change type, changed by, old value, and new value. You also have the option to export the audit log.
