Icons
When new icon content is added to your document, or you select an existing icon content block, the content properties bar on the right will display the possible settings for this content type.
Icon Content Properties | Explanation |
Add new icon: This allows you to choose an image to use as your icon and set some further properties when the More options setting is on. Change image- This will open your File Manager where you can choose an image to be used as your icon. Apply effects & more- This will open the image editor tool where you can add different effects and edit your image. Image URL- This will be the URL of the selected image from your File Manager or you can paste an external URL. Alternate text- This will be displayed when the document is unable to display the icon. Icon text- You can add text to be displayed with your icon, there is the option to display this text at the Top, Bottom, Left or Right of your icon. Link type- There are options to Open web page, Send email, Make call or Send SMS when the icon is clicked in your document. These options will display different detail for each and the webpage option can be used to link a file from the File Manager, as well as an external URL. Reorder- The icons can be rearranged in this setting also, just click and drag the icon to the left of the icon image to move its position. |

Align: Click one of the three options to change the positioning of the icon block; left-align, centre or right-align. | |
Font family: The font chosen in this setting will apply to any icon text in the current content block. | |
Font size: The size chosen in this setting will apply to any icon text in the current content block. | |
Text colour: The colour chosen in this setting will apply to any icon text in the current content block. | |
Icon size: This will change the size of each icon in the current content block, there are four size options between 16px and 128px. | |
Icon spacing: This increases/decreases the space between each icon, from 0- 20 | |
Icon padding: Turning on the More options will allow you to set individual padding for the top, bottom, left and right. If this is off the padding size will be applied to all sides. This padding changes the blank space around each icon. |

Menu
When new menu content is added to your document, or you select an existing menu content block, the content properties bar on the right will display the possible settings for this content type.
Menu Content Properties | Explanation |
Add new item: The menu content is a text-based navigation element which can be used to allow your users to easily navigate to the correct information. This allows you to add a new menu item and will display the following options for you to complete: Text- The will be the text of your menu item Link type- There are options to Open web page, Send email, Make call or Send SMS when the menu items clicked in your document. These options will display different detail for each and the webpage option can be used to link a file from the File Manager, as well as an external URL. Target- There are options for the the link to open in a new tab or stay on the current one. Reorder- The menu items can be rearranged in this setting also, just click and drag the icon to the left of the icon image to move its position. |

Mobile menu: When this setting is turned on, further options will display to allow you to improve the usability on mobile devices. A “hamburger” menu will be added when viewing the document on mobile. It can be expanded with a tap to reveal the menu items in a vertical layout. The size, shape, and colours of the menu icon are customisable in the settings shown. You can view this by selecting preview from Actions and changing the mode to mobile. | |
