Logging into the Vega Support customer portal, to view your requests (tickets), from within the Online Help Centre requires different credentials than what you might normally use to log into your own Vega application.
If you've communicated with our support agents through email previously, you're already registered, but you don't have a password set up yet. To do so you can simply click here.

- To view, your tickets click on Activity
Should you solve your problem by yourself please log in to your ticket overview at https://support.vega.works/hc/en-us and close your ticket.
