Vega Community

The Vega community is a space for all Vega users to come together. You can use this forum to seek help from your fellow Vega users and support each other in getting the most from Vega.

You can access the community topics when you are logged into the knowledgebase. Your Vega user does not automatically create a user in the knowledgebase, you will need to register using the same email as your Vega user if you have not done this already, and you can then sign in to ensure you do not miss any locked articles, get access to your support tickets, and view the Community topics.

The Vega Community is divided into topics, as seen above.

Each of these topics allows users to submit a post and start a conversation where other users can comment, vote, and follow. Please add posts within the relevant topic to allow other users to easily find any relevant conversations. 

The Feature Requests topic allows you to create a post with your new ideas for additional functionality within Vega, and other users can then vote on these if they would also like to see this additional feature added. We will do our best to monitor these based on the number of votes to put forward as part of the development roadmap.

Rules of the Vega Community:

Please follow the guidelines set out below:

1. Be kind and courteous

2. No hate speech or bullying. Make sure that everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity will not be tolerated.

3. Respect everyone's privacy. Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group.

4. No promotions, spam, or misinformation

All comments and posts will be displayed once they have been approved by the Vega team.
